Shipping Policy

Free Shipping & Delivery Area

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States, including Washington, D.C. No minimum purchase is required.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates

UPS Ground is our standard service for free shipping. Depending on the destination, package size, and service availability, we may use another carrier or shipping service at no additional shipping cost to you.

UPS Ground typically delivers within 1–5 business days after the package is handed to the carrier. Delivery times for other services may vary. Please refer to your shipment tracking for the latest estimated arrival date.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can help.
